On the 11,500 m² terrain we see:
- A swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters, fully fenced according to safety regulations; with canvas winter cover and heated by solar pipes
- A wooden changing hut of 4 m²
- A tiled roof structure comprising:
- A lockable garage for the tractor mower 8 m²
- An open area, with roof, for the swimming pool pump and storage
- A garage (attached to the house) of 18 m² for one car and the oil tank
- A roofed structure of 11 m², formerly used as a fishery for rearing trout and crayfish, is fed by spring water throughout the year.
The house, pool, driveway and fishery, border one side of the stream. The remainder of the grounds, approached by a couple of bridges, are on the other side. This area is edged by a large field, owned by a local farmer. The garden is planted with many different mature trees and shrubs, including several fruit trees.
